Feature Story: Local Pints: Logboat Brewing Company
In 2013, Logboat Brewing barely had walls up at 504 Fay Street in Columbia, Missouri. But Tyson Hunt, Andrew Sharp and their crew had a vision: build a craft beer company where people could gather, enjoy food and beer, relax and even play yard games. Ten years later, this vision exceeds their wildest dreams. My writing captures the story of Logboat’s humble beginnings — brewing beer in Tyson’s garage.
Profile: One, Two Thai
Columbia, Missouri is a city full of culinary culture and adventure. At Thip Thai Cuisine, Chef Kittikoon Chompupong offers diners an immersive, authentic display of dishes from north, northeast, south and central Thailand. My writing depicts some of these meals alongside Chef’s story.

From 2014-2015, I worked as an Art Director at Vox. My responsibilities included: illustrating covers and feature layouts weekly, directing studio photo shoots, designing graphic illustrations and supervising 20 students in department layout design.
