Healthy Housing Data Course
I designed, wrote and edited a free, 4-part multimedia content series outlining how data can be used to measure the impact of housing projects in nationwide communities. Enrolled 16 subscribers to the course.
Webinars
I developed and executed more than 15 webinars for internal and external audiences with an average attendance rate of 55% or higher. I designed and created a strategic content webinar roadmap, webinar slides, and selected speakers; I also curated invitation and follow-up email workflows for customers and prospects to boost attendance and targeted outreach with an average click-through rate of 5%. Average audience questions per webinar: 5. Average recording views per webinar: 20.
Emails
I strategically crafted messaging and calls-to-action (CTAs) for quarterly newsletters and monthly email campaigns to target customers and prospects for upcoming webinars, events, product launches, etc.
Social Media
I created content and graphics for LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and Instagram accounts. Strategically focused on LinkedIn and X to reach new target markets. Increased LinkedIn followers from 1,500 to 3,134+ in 18 months through organic posting; no paid advertising.






Events
I planned, implemented and managed 6-12 events annually, including: oversaw quarterly budget, built message maps for targeted audiences, set sales pipeline, qualified opportunities and bookings in collaboration with Director of Sales, built and deployed email marketing workflows, created social media campaigns, ordered promotional products, created sales enablement and marketing materials, oversaw event logistics, and managed partner and client relationships.
I wrote the script, created slides, and choreographed the Events 101 onboarding video to support the training of new Sales and Customer Success teammates.
